Online Order Policy

Please allow 7-14 days for your purchase to ship from the store. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. If you cannot pay with either of these, please fill out the offline order form and mail to us to order your product.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at orders@carolinacottages.us. Please be aware that fees may be applied if your order is already in transit.

Return Policy

All returns require a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and will not be accepted without one. Please email us at orders@carolinacottages.us, within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to report a return. You may return any product for a full refund, however shipping an item back to us will be your responsibility unless the item is being returned for fault on our behalf. You are responsible for all shipping fees otherwise. All returns, unless otherwise stated will be subject to a re-stocking fee, at our discretion, and this fee will be clearly stated with any request for return, and vary depending on the item.
